July fun!

I forgot to post this picture of Jack and Grandma from her visit in June. Aren't they a cute pair?

Jack's newest passion is "Cuh-luhs" (colors). He discovered that they work on the tile, too! Thank goodness for the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser!!

It's a miracle! Jack took the rest of my cheeseburger and actually ate it! He won't eat bread, cheese, or meat but somehow he liked it!!

His first time in a regular bathtub. No more toddler tub! He has a Shrek sponge and "cuh-luhs" for the tub, too. The only problem is now he cries when bathtime is over.

Jack likes to put his head and face directly in the water.....until he starts choking.

This was an old pool we got for the dogs (they never used it) so I got it out for Jack during one of the rare times when it WASN'T raining.

Kirby was drinking the pool water, but wouldn't come in.

Splashing and pouring water on his head are two of Jack's favorite things to do in the pool.

Albuquerque vacation

Matt, Jack, and I met up with our good friends in Albuquerque this week. We had some hotel and flight "drama", but really enjoyed our trip and spending time with the Garguilos!

Celebration Park with Brett

On Thursday Jack and his buddy, Brett, played at the park. They had a lot of fun until the Allen ISD Kids Club showed up with about 50 older kids running around everywhere...that's when we decided it was time to go home.

At Jumpbunch class a few days before the park "date". They look like they're planning an escape, don't they? Sweaty Jack is running wild! The poor kid can't really see without a hat (or HAIR)!! A trip to the park

Our neighborhood park is almost finished! It's supposed to open this summer, but we're not exactly sure when. We took Jack over to see how it was coming along and let him run wild for a little while.

Hopefully they'll be planting some grass soon. Time to go home.

Picture Day

Today Jack had his picture taken at Sears. He wore two outfits this time. One somewhat dressy (well, dressy for OUR family) and one beachy-casual. We also brought a towel and bucket for props....here's how they turned out.
