Carson and Barnes Circus

The Carson & Barnes Circus came to Allen and we took Jack. The big top show was fun but very long -- so after about an hour we just walked around outside to see the animals.

Too young for the pony rides, but not too young to watch! Elephant rides Camel rides Daddy, Jack and Mommy Jack pets the donkeys Look at the baby goat!! Aww! This hippo escaped from his pen. No biggie, it's ONLY a hippo.

Elmo concert

Jack saw his first concert tonight. He and his friend, Brett (plus mommys), went to the Nokia Theater in Grand Prairie to see "Sesame Street Live: Elmo Makes Music". The boys were soo good. The show was an hour and a half with a short 15 minute intermission. Who would've thought a 16 month old could sit still that long?

Spring is on its way!

At Celebration Park again. Jack really enjoys the slide but still has some trouble keeping his balance the whole way down. He tends to bang his head but he gets right back on!

Christmas vacation

Matt took some time off work over the holidays and we went to the Fort Worth Zoo. Jack talking to the orangutans. "Oooh-oooh" A "Jack-sized" elephant. Trying to keep warm at the petting zoo. The sky was gray and it was about 50 degrees but it sure was nice to have the zoo to ourselves...no huge crowds to fight!

Getting ready for Christmas

Mommaw and Poppaw came to visit the first week of December. Jack was just starting to walk and they were here to witness it!

What a hugger! MUSCLES! Now that he's walking, Jack like to "redecorate" the Christmas tree. Opening some presents early.... Reading Daddy a bedtime story. Jack helps us set up our outdoor decorations.... ...he's so strong! Playing with the Little People Nativity set from Uncle Bobby, Aunt Regina, Noah & Kylie. 'Twas the night before Christmas when all through the house, not a creature was stirring......not even our two lazy dogs or rediculously fat cat! (sorry it doesn't rhyme) MERRY CHRISTMAS!! Look what Santa brought Jack! Jack's "most memorable" Christmas!
