On Sunday, one of Jack's school friends had a birthday party at Boomerangs, an inflatable/bounce house play place. Lyla got in on a little bit of the action, too!

Jack's school had their annual picnic/auction Saturday. Unfortunately, it rained all day so they had to move it indoors. Here he is with his friend, Linnea -- they were doing the Hokey Pokey with the "live entertainment"

Both of the boys are around 18 months old and so they moved up to the "older" group. Lyla's left behind with the babies....
I took the kids to the spraygrounds at Celebration Park on Friday (yes, ALL by MYSELF!!). We had great weather and soooo much fun!
Jack played AROUND the water for a while until he was so wet that he finally went in. He's a "just put my toe in" kinda guy....
Lyla screamed and cried for about 10 minutes and when she realized we weren't going home...she went on in. She's more of a "jump right in" kinda girl...

After several insurance "issues", Jack finally had his first visit to the dentist! Here he is in the waiting room....
Jack counted his teeth for the hygienist -- all 19 of 'em (we're still waiting on a molar). Then the dentist came and cleaned his teeth for him. He was a little freaked out when the chair reclined and when they turned on that super-bright light...but he did VERY well.
Aunt Michelle got this stroller for Lyla for her birthday...
