Our first full day in San Antonio it was only about 55 degrees. We decided to visit the wildlife ranch since we'd be in the car anyway. It was a great day to visit. Not very crowded and TONS of animals out eating and hanging out. I LOVED this part! One of the "cows" (not sure exactly what breed it was) was licking the door handle outside Jack's door. He thought it was pretty funny. When the ostriches got close and pecked at the windows -- Jack was not as thrilled. Those suckers are agressive! I made friends with a zebra who kept holding his mouth open for me to throw food in. When I took too long to feed him, he stuck his head in my window and sneezed grassy goo all over the inside of my windshield and dashboard. EWWWW! After lunch we went over to the petting zoo. I have decided that my next pet will be a goat. They're so cute! Jack thought the goats butting each other were funny. I think it reminded him of Kirby and Lucy playing. What a great day!
